Job Description
Previous Experience/Skills Desired:
- Motivated professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in industrial product design and development.
- Experience in hydraulics products would be added advantage.
- Candidate must have sound experience of Castings, machined parts, prototype development and testing.
- Candidate must have experience in performing Design calculations, Tolerance Stack-up and problem solving.
- Excellent Knowledge of GD&T, DFMA, FMEA.
- Hands-on experience of using and correctly interpreting ASME, ASTM, ISO etc. standards
- Proficiency in Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Teamcenter, Oracle
- Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Experience of working in global engineering environment with effective communications skills
- Undertakes work in an efficient and timely manner.
- A willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
- Good understanding of Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with remotely located Principal Engineers on allocated engineering assignments.
- Gain knowledge quickly using nimble learning
- Work on Design Change requests (ECO/ECN)
- Adherence to Quality processes, On time delivery & Quality of the deliverables
- Prepare technical documentations, presentations, reports etc.
Should possess analytical approach in solving problems
